Yea Kaylee!!

Kaylee unfortunately had to head to the doctor yesterday after catching the cold everyone around here has.  She is doing well just blocked tear ducts from the virus.  Our little girl weighed in at 8 lbs and 8 ozs.  She measured at 20.5 inches. Now we can see what she has been up to the past month, besides sleeping and eating......haha:)

Happy Easter

We dyed easter eggs the other night, I am surprised that we have any left to take pictures of.  Gavin LOVED LOVED the race car themed egg kit, but the concept of being gentle with the easter eggs was pretty much ignored.  He did like to drop the eggs in the dye too so not too many eggs made it past there in the first place.  All in all he had a blast and didn't make too big of a mess.  I caught him playing with the Easter eggs this morning we told him to put them back in the bucket, he promptly dropped them back in.....It will be interesting to see how many of them make it to Easter:)

sprinkle

We had rain in Phoenix last week, more like a sprinkle but Gavin now associates rain with his needing to have rain boots on and umbrella in hand.  It cute:)

temper tantrum

I an unable to pick up or carry Gavin around yet.  In the mornings when it is just us two and he wants to be carried downstairs he becomes pretty stubborn.  He sits on the top step of the stairs till somebody comes to pick him up, or he gets bored and comes down to eat breakfast.  On this particular morning he wasn't going to give in at all, he ended up falling asleep on the stairs for a couple of hours after he tired out from his temper tantrum.
